Marinate strips or schnitzels of turkey or chicken in 1 part spice to 3 parts oil, or generously dab the same blend onto a whole chicken for roasting in the oven. Tip: Add lemon to the roasting chicken or pork, sat on a bed of potatoes or onion wedges.
