Pre-Order & Oversized Product Policy

Pre-Orders

Pre - Orders are arranged either by telephone or by online orders. As Pre-orders are processed on demand, payment in full is required at the time of purchase. An estimated delivery date will be provided to you and you will be notified if there are any material changes.

Oversized Products

Although oversized products are available to purchase online, our standard delivery rates do not apply. Items that are clearly marked "oversized item" will have a separate delivery quote provided shortly after your purchase. Should the delivery price not be approved, we will refund your purchase in full. 

Oversized items include but are not limited to:

• Furniture
• Lamps
• Framed Artwork
