We were really taken with the Candle Xmas Jungle - more so than we first anticipated. It’s got a lovely, tall shape and that tactile glass finish catches the light in a way we haven’t seen in candles this size. The dark green base is set with bold, round shapes in the blown glass for a raised effect, which goes all around up to the perfectly metallic gold lid that sits ever-so-slightly askew like something out of a magazine.
Despite being called jungle, it has this regal feel to it that could work on so many occasions. Christmas? Absolutely. Fancy dinner parties? No doubt about it. And yet, this was not designed as something opulent, but rather as part of a much broader offering here at J.Elliot Home where each new release embodies simplicity without losing character.
Every unit comes at 8x8x12.5cm in Green Glass - never ceramic or porcelain- and is filled with lightly scented wax which isn’t too overpowering but really lets the design speak for itself on shop shelves and at home displays alike.
